this is what i plan on eating tom. healthy?
breakfast: .5 cups of hot oatmeal(plain not the sugared up kind) and an apple, glass of milk(322 calories)
midmorning: half a turkey wrap(tomato tortilla) and about 10 carrots(170)
lunch: other half of turkey wrap with an orange(190)
midafternoon snack: granola bar(150)
dinner: some sort of protein and vegetable
im tryin to lose weight, is this good or should i add something?
