Was what i ate today healthy?
Breakfast- Bowl of special k cereal with lite milk (1 cup of cereal and half a cup of milk)
Snack - small mandarin
- 2 shortbread biscuits (i know i shouldnt have but tempting and i ate them before 12 am)
lunch- sandwhich with lettuce and chicken meat
2nd lunch- 100calorie soup
dinner- small plate of pasta with mince meat and sauce
i also excersise daily burning 600 calories on the treadmil.
any tips?
