What is a healthy choice to eat with a grilled chicken salad for dinner? Easy...
...points!? Okay i've had 700 cals today.
and I need to get 500 cals more to meet my daily limit.
today Im taking a day off from exercising. (I normally run 5 miles, crunches, leg lifts, pilates, and sometimes strength training)
so what should I have for dinner that is healthy and WONT make me gain weight because Im not exercising? I know I will probably eat a salad with 3 oz grilled boneless skinless chicken and about 5 pecans.
I will also have one pear, and one small apple, and some grapes.
what can I eat with that to make it to 1200 calories though? in all that would only get me to 1030 calories.
