What healthier things can i eat?
hi! im 17 yrs old, im 5"2, and i weigh about 12 stone!
i do excerise quite a bit, but the problem is my diet! i am a very picky eater, i do like veg and fruit, however, i dnt reli eat anything with 'bit' or 'pips' in it, if u get me? and i dnt like things like onions, tomatoes, beans, butter, cream, and i dnt like brown bread or anything like that either lol, ya i no im reli picky!! does anyone hav any suggestions on healthier stuff to eat, nd ways to loose weight - fast!
