Is there a website that will give me the nutrition facts of various fruits and vegetables? Just kind of curious. thanks

It depends on what you mean by nutrition facts. If you mean vitamins, minerals, calories, fiber, etcetera, try calorieking.com or thedailyplate.com

There is also software that will do that for your recipes, and Laurel's Kitchen has nutrition compendium at the end of the cookbook to use as reference.
