terracotta cooking,healthy eating no idea how, what and for how long to cook

anything . so if anyone can help can anyone direct me to a web site with recipes for terracotta cooking . I have purchased a pot but their are no instructions whatsoever apart from how to clean the thing or can anyone give me some recipes for vegetables,meats and poultry please I am looking for healthy cooking tips . thank you
