Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein Gold Vs. Body Fortress?

Price is no concern. I've been reading and found that people say that BF has creatine in it and ON doesn't? I do NOT take creatine supplements so if i got a powder with creatine in it would i see more gains? Going for mass

Creating doesn't affect in building muscles.. But creating will make quick energy to lift some heavier weights than usually you can lift.. Heavier weight = more muscle mass..

But you should continue your protein intake well. Due to Amino acids are the building blocks of the muscles. If you want to buy something you can buy egg protein or casein and you can take them before you go to the bed and it will feed your muscles up to 6 hours.
