Hi mates.
I have heard that as a babies we need mother milk (I dont know how to say it in English), and when our teeth arise we stop to feed by milk to start with solids. Calcium remains to be necessary, but cow-milk dont, because we can obtain calcium by some other food.
And finally processed cow-milk companies sells us the idea that we need milk even as adult because they want us to buy their food.
Is that true?
instead of milk/cheese/yougurht how could we get calcium ?
Thanks-
