Need input on workout routine please?
I don't have access to a gym right now so I was wondering if anyone could give insight or tips on my routine right now:
25 minute jog for about 2.5 miles
100 pushups
8 minute ab workout
Using 2 20 lb dumbells I do 3 sets of 12 reps of:
Bicep Curls
Concentration Curls
Lateral Raises
These are what I'm doing right now but I feel that it is inadequate and doesn't help alot. I probably need heavier dumbbells as well since I don't feel a burn anymore from the bicep curls and concentration curls but the lateral raises hurt. Was wondering if there are any more types of exercies that I need to add to make it more effective. Thanks
