if you dont want to spend any money:
arms: push ups. start on knees and as they get easier over time get on your toes. do some research and see the different types of push ups that are there. example you can do a triangle push up.
abs" look up on the computer how to work every muscle in your abs. obliques, lower abs, internal. etc
now if you want to spend money:
for arms buy the perfect push up. my bf got that and his arms are getting huge
and for abs use one of those big balls.
