My Basketball Daily Fitness Routine (please share your thoughts to improve on it)?
Workout:
Sit ups 30 reps 3 sets
Planks 1 min 2 sets
Side planks 30 secs 2 sets
Leg lifts 15 secs 2 sets
Calve raises 25 reps 8 sets (4 sets in the morning 4 in the evening)
Squats 50 reps 4 sets
Lateral line Jumps (2 feet) 30 secs 2 reps
Lateral Line Jumps (single foot) 15 secs 3 reps
Step ups max out reps 2 sets
Push ups max out reps 2 sets
Pull ups max out reps 2 sets
Jump rope 2 mins 2sets
Jump rope (at top speed) 20 secs 2 sets
Jump rope (single leg) 15 secs 2 sets
