whats the difference they both have protein right? ive been running lately and my family just says to stick with ensure becasue if i drink protein shakes i will get very muscular? and plus i only weigh 120 pounds and im 5'3?? does it even matter really? im a girl just trying to stay in shape..
uhm one more thing.i just read right now that it matters what brand of whey protein powder i buy? really? so if it tastes good and cost more its better? but what about the generic kind then? its not good?
