Lately ive been feeling very weak during the day, even though i am on a great
diet and workout routine.? OK, i am 25 5'10 175 and very fit. I have been an athlete my whole life and worked out. i was in a car accident just about a year ago and broke my neck and had 2 or 3 TIA'S (transient ischemic attacks). I have been on coumadin ever since.
I started back on my workouts about 5 months ago, not really getting into a good routine, but 3 months ago I got on a great diet, and excersize routine. Ive only lost 3 lbs, from 181 to 178 but i have gone from about 10 percent body fat to about 6. I work out monday, tuesday, wednesday, friday, and saturday. 45 mins of weights and 25 cardio. I eat 5 meals a day every day, 300 cals each meal ( i have a slow metabolism, weighed 235 in high school) consisting of about 25g of protein, 35 g of good carbs (brown rice, oats, veggies). Everything was going great until about a week ago, i have been fatigued as hell for about a week now. I have been able to work out monday and tuesday full blast, but by thursday im so drained i cant do anything. I wake up feeling great but at about noon my body just feels so weak and tired. Just my body though. Anyways, theres most of the info i think thats needed, anyone have any ideas to whats going on?
