im a vegan.... would i be healthier if i ate a little salmon now and then?

im a vegan.... would i be healthier if i ate a little salmon now and then?

i want to start eating fish i miss it! if i eat salmon i would get more omega 3s. b12 and high quality proteins...is it wrong to eat it? i would feel bad.....
vegans dont eat animals, honey, cheese and eggs..nothing that comes from an animal. i even miss ordering pizzas
everyone has misinterpretd the Q. my real Q is should i stop beng vegan?

I was ''almost'' vegan for the past year and a half. I only ate honey, and cagefree eggs. But just a few weeks ago i started to eat fish. So now im ''almost'' vegetarian. I too, missed fish. I ate some and felt guilty right away. But the real reason i started was to get a new source of essential vitamins. Its possible to get everything being vegan, but unfornately it is slightly more work. I feel like a hypocrit because i really defined myself by my lifestyle of being a veg. So i probably will stop again in a few months. Ive done this before. So now i am an almost veg who eats fish and eggs, but not milk, or meat.

If you eat fish then you wouldn't be a vegan, I fail to see how you "label" yourself as it, your going to start eating it because you "miss" it?
