I'm a vegan but eat a balanced healthy diet and still have loose stool almost
immdiately after every meal? I eat very healthy, get the right amount of fibre, carbs, protein etc and drink lots of water. The past 6 weeks (since I have become vegan) - I have loose stool after almost every meal. My meals are not huge by any means and have all the food groups. I am very aware of getting the proper amount of protein and of course enough fibre but not too much fibre and the rights amounts of soluble and insoluble. I also have PKD and take blood pressure medication in the evenings. I haven't been to the doc yet about my loose stool issues - I am not showing any other symptoms (ie weight loss, cramping etc) but I am still concerned. My first morning stool every day is always normal but every one thereafter is NOT. I don't really have any stress in my life-except for being a stay-at-home mom of a preschooler. I have no idea what could be causing this other than my diet but it really is quite balanced and always was even though now I am a vegan. Please help!!
