I'm looking for a good workout routine to follow through the week can anyone
tell me where i can find rountine? I'm active duty marine corps and i'm interested in getting into body
building, I really want to pack on serious mass, right now i'm taking a
supplement stack from BSN. It's hard to eat right though because the
chow hall isn't always healthy.. there isn't much of a selection and we
aren't allowed to cook in the barracks.. and i'm stationed in japan. but i'm just looking for a steady work out you know like monday chest and
something, tuesday bicep's and another thing. i just hate going to the gym working out one thing it makes me want to work something i
shouldn't be working on that same day and ruin my schedule.
