I want to lose fat and gain muscle can someone give me a good workout routine?
I currently work out and box, but i feel like i might be doing to little or maybe i hit a plateau im not sure but if you could please make me a work out plan that has helped you quickly or someone you know that would be great. I am currently 179 5'10" im trying to get a leaner cut body.......i already eat great so skip that part thanks!!!
