i need a workout routine?
just started working out about 2-3 weeks ago. right now, i just want to burn fat all over so im doing the elliptical for 30 minutes and i average about 3 miles and about 350-400 calories (estimate) 4 days a week . im 5'3 and weigh about 130 . i want to eventually loose more fat around belly area but i need a better workout routine . so far, i havent added in ab workouts to my routine because im not sure if its time yet? can anyone tell me what other things i can do to loose fat ? also, how many calories should i burn in order to burn fat ? and how many crunches/ab exercises should i do a day in order to see results by may ? thanks
