i need to know if my workout routine is enough for me to get a nice upper body in...
...a couple of weeks? im currently doing 4 sets of 12 dumbbell press, 4 sets of 12 dumbbell fly, 4 sets of 12 incline dumbbell press, 4 sets of 12 incline dumbbell fly, pushups, 3 sets of 14 dumbbell curls, 2 sets of 40 dumbbell curls using a resistance band, 160 crunches, 2 sets of 56 bycicle crunch, and 2 sets of 40 each side crunch. And throught the workout im useing a 20lb dumbbell. Im wondering if its too much or too little?
