I need help I want @ loose 50 pounds i have a gym membership @ Ballys
Ok so heres my thing i have a membership at a gym but I honestly do ot have the time 2 go because if i'm not @ work I'm a school.My thing for this week is to make time 2 go. I would like to know what r some things that I could use that will show me fast results. I want t loose my stomach,thighs and I also need to tone up.I know I need to eat right I want to know what equipment i should use that would show me reults fast.
