I have a degree in nutrition ?

but I have about a year before I begin a dietetic internship. What jobs are available that require a bachelor's degree but not require a dietetic internship or registration with the ADA.
I currently work as a RD assistant but I only work about 15 hours a week. I want a part time position in the Modesto/Stockton area.

Again I have all intention to complete an internship so I can apply for Clinical Dietitian but in the meantime I want a job that is at my education level for now.

I applied at Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers but they do not require anything more than a HS diploma.
