I exercise 5x a week and eat healthy, but...?
I'm always so tired and feeling sick. I'm only 14, I'm 5'8" and 115 lbs... I get 8-10 hours of sleep, I run 15-20 miles per week, eat healthy ALL THE TIME.... but why don't I feel healthy?
I recently started making myself throw up =/ only once a week. I know its terrible---i'm trying to stop!!! But could this really have such a big affect on my health?!
