...now, but.....? I weigh myself every monday morning and i usually lose a pound or two a week. I eat healthy 7 days week, but sometimes i eat junk. My question is how is it if i slack off for a few days with diet and exercise and then i weigh myself i gain like 4-5 pounds. I don't worry about my weight fluctuating a few pounds but how is this possible to gain a few pounds so quickly, is it also water retention?
