I am eating around 800-1000 calories a day and I burn around 500 calories a day...

...with exercise. Is this healthy? I am eating around 800 - 1000 calories a day and I burn around 500 calories a day from aerobics and gym sessions. Is this healthy? I am 5ft 6 and I weigh 165 lbs... will it take me long to lose some more weight? I am aiming to lose around 14 lbs.

    Oh yeah, that's really unhealthy!!!!!!

You're losing too much weight in an unhealthy way. As soon as you stop that diet, you'll just gain it all back.

Besides, you probably burn a LOT more than 500 calories a day, just through walking around your house, and all. People burn calories even if they just sit on the couch all day.
