    Well There is no doubt that Exercise is the best ways to maintain a good health . It strengthen all the parts of body and make you fit . Moreover , It also saves u from so many different diseases .

    exercise does not guarantee that you can loose your weight...

    you have to make a separate chart plan of diet ,exercise time ,relaxing time

    follow it then you will get the desired result
