How many calories should I be eating a day? And any quick, healthy meal and snack...
...ideas? I'm a 17 year old, I'm still slim and my BMI is 21. something (I found out a minute ok but have forgot it already lol) But it's gone up from 19.18 in about 4-6 months and I've gained about 10 pound in a year. I was pleased I was gaining weight at first because I was too thin but now I've gained too much. I am 5ft3 tall and weigh about 110-115 lbs. I'm not sure of the exacts of anything because I don't weigh or measure myself often. But I want to lose about 5 pound. I am not dieting but eating healthily and we have brought a wii fit so I can exercise for half an hour 4 times a week. How many calories should I be eating for my age and height to stay healthy and lose those few pounds because I know my weight gain is down mainly to my diet which is pretty bad. I don't want to follow any faddy diets I just want to be healthier, so suggestions on any healthy snacks and meals also?
