Im using my fitness pal, it says my calorie intake for the day should be 1,470. When i enter what i ate for the day it subtracts calories available to eat. When i burn calories doing exercise/cardio it all of the sudden adds calories available to eat. Today i burned 300 calories so its sayinh i have over 1,500 available to eat...is this right or should i still just be eating the original 1,470 calories? Does exercising automaticly make it ok to eat more calories?.
