how can i eat healthy and loose weight?
im 19 and weigh 11 and a half stone and im 5.6 height, i no im over weight and really want to do something about it, im starting excercise which is good but the problem is im a very pickey eater, i hate most veg, i like beetroot, beans and potatoes. i dont like alot off meat like beef and pork. im always busy with work and college so most days i have to eat out, or if i am at home i cant afford anything fancy or im too busy! i just dont no what to do! im really stuck and really unhappy with my body.
