well you can think simply, so you actually go through with it
morning -> cereal + skim milk, yogourt? simple ya?
lunch -> sandwich recipe: whole grain bread (2 slice)+lettuce+tomato+lean chicken, fruit(banana/apple/peach/pear etc)
dinner -> fruit, yogourt, soup, sandwich recipe: make your own
