I understand about metabolism...eating 5-6 times per day is best. However, my body doesn't get hungry that often. I am 5.10 tall and about 155 lbs so I'm a normal size. It's just that I don't get hungry all that often, therefore I might eat once or twice a day.
I was just wondering if this is unhealthy or if this is perfectly normal.
For example: today I have only eaten one meal and it's after 9pm.
