    Is it healthy to only eat when your body is hungry?

    I understand about metabolism...eating 5-6 times per day is best. However, my body doesn't get hungry that often. I am 5.10 tall and about 155 lbs so I'm a normal size. It's just that I don't get hungry all that often, therefore I might eat once or twice a day.

    I was just wondering if this is unhealthy or if this is perfectly normal.

    For example: today I have only eaten one meal and it's after 9pm.

    I'm 5'10 also and I'm 140 pounds. I eat anytime of the day lol. Usually I eat cereal, then real breakfast, then dinner, then some kinda snack at the end of the day. On rare occasions, I only eat twice a day. (Breakfast and Dinner).
