Healthy eating? And how to control eating?
I want to start eating better, mainly because i want to tone up my stomach. I know that the way i eat is preventing me from reaching my goal.
I just want to know what are foods i REALLY want to avoid...and what foods should i lean towards?
Also i have a problem with snacking at night. How can i control this?
I mean i eat even when i am not hungry...sometimes i keep eating even if i am full...
and i want to know how to control this!
