A healthy eating diet to loose weight and build muscle?
I've just started some workouts to try and build a 6 pack and lose thigh and back of the shin fat. Now all I need is a good healthy diet. I have absoulutely no idea on what's good and bad to eat when trying to build muscle and loose fat (never payed attention in those measly Health Ed classes). Please don'ttell me I should eat less carbo or wateva cause i won't understand. Instead, I wud appreciate it if you gave me some exaples of stuff i shud and shudn't eat. Thanks. (I'm about 13 yrs old)
