I just joined planet fitness and I want to start a workout routine but I have no idea about good routines.

I am already at my target weight which is 175-185 for my height 5'10..

Thanks, but I am looking for directions..
how much to lift, how many sets, how often, I don't want to go straight for a body like that, is my goal in the future but I want a 1 hour workout plan.. can't waste 2 hours in the gym.
