    A good planet fitness workout routine?

    Hi,
    I just joined planet fitness and I want to start a workout routine but I have no idea about good routines.

    I do not want to turn into a body builder I just want to build muscle so I can have a body more or less like this: http://www.realfitnessblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/ryan-reynolds-workout1.jpg

    I am already at my target weight which is 175-185 for my height 5'10..

    Thanks, but I am looking for directions..
    how much to lift, how many sets, how often, I don't want to go straight for a body like that, is my goal in the future but I want a 1 hour workout plan.. can't waste 2 hours in the gym.

    So if you do not want to waste 2 hours in the gym your willing to waste 1 hour of your day for a week? Its better to "waste" 2 hours every other day than 1 hour every day... but as far as finding out your limits. Start on a low scale weight, see how that feels than work your way up with light reps untill you feel comfortable. The workers at pf are there to help you, and they have no problem spotting you if you need a spot or an idea how to work a certain muscle.
