Is this good healthy eating? Want opinions and answers?
Here is what I ate today with calorie count, and what I exercised. Thanks!
Breakfast:
Hard Boiled Egg, unsalted~100
Piece of White Toast, lightly buttered with Promise butter~80
Small Apple~20
Lunch:
Wrap with several pieces of ham, mozzarella cheese, and a handful of banana peppers~300
3 Strawberries~10
4 Slices of Cantaloupe~10
Dinner:
Corn~150
Tuna Helper~450-600
about: 1,270 calories.
I exercised about 3.25 miles on bike and walking, moderate speed on highest setting.
Good, bad, change?
I need opinions.
The bad thing is that I go to school like 7 hours a day and no snacks allowed. So I can't like shove food in my mouth on the way to classes.
