Fitness, Nutrition, Aging, Job Insights?
Hey all, I'm 19 and in a community college. I feel like I'm narrowing down but need to make a choice.
I want to become a personal fitness trainer but first want to have a solid degree in something related to PFT.
I don't want to go into physical therapy. I'm actually more nutritional than I am physical, but nutritionist don't get payed a lot. I'm really interested in the human anatomy, how it works, and the ways that people develop to enhance a person's nutritional balance and physical performance (such as exercise, eating plans and supplements.)
I want to combine all of my interests in this field of study and make it my major in school. I'm currently a liberal arts major. I'm mainly asking YOU; Do you know of any majors I should pursuit and look out for?
I want to not only make money, money, money, but want to better the lives of all that want a healthy lifestyle.
Any suggestions, tips, comments or even questions are appreciated. Thanks and don't FORGET to live healthy or you'll REGRET living unhealthy!
