    Feeling weak while eating healthy?

    I started eating healthier about a week ago and I haven't had any large urges to eat sweets or any other big obstacles, but for some reason I've been feeling weaker then I did when I didn't eat nearly as healthy. I wrestle for my school, and it's become extremely hard to get through the practices and weight training lately. I don't understand why eating healthier would make you become weaker?

    make sure u get a balance of protiens and carbs and eat regular portions

    make sure you are eating enough calories .. if your not then your are using more enegery than you actually have and therefore will feel tired out

    eat some carbs for breakfast (complex carbs as they will give you energy longer)

    and keep snaking through the day .. it can be healthy snacks like fruit suh as bananas or some nuts

    if you need a quik boost energy drinks or caffine should do the trick

    hope you feel better, stick at the healthy eating and good luck in wrestling x x
