Is eating too much grainy stuff healthy? ?

I love to eat food that contains grains or wheat such as bread, oatmeal, wheat/digestive crackers, and non-sugary cereals. I crave for them everytime that I ate them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I know it's not sugary and considered as healthy,...but is it?? Can too much carbs makes you fat?

Additional Info:
I exercise 5 times a week for 2 hours on my normal week and doesn't want to be buff, but wish to sculpt my muscles. I also have big tummy after I ate and I hated it. It constantly changes its size every morning, depending on how much I ate and defecate the day before.
