I made some brown rice with some chicken i bowel the rice then drain it then put alittle oil in a souce pan and frie it just alittle then i frie the chicken in oil add it all together but i don't add to much oil i add seasoning to it pepper and garlic powder and alittle soy sauce is that pretty healthy.
