I'm planning on joining ballys but ive heard a lot of bad things about their contracts and over charging you. does anyone have a problem with this?

I also have a choice between two contracts.
1. i pay month to month and I can cancel whenever I want...thats $45 a month.
or
2. a three year contract which is $36 a month.

I was thinking of doing the first....is that a better idEA?

If you do 3 year you can't cancel.
I'd go with first unless you wanna do for 3 yrs
