Like were most dads all buff and were most moms toned and did they ever show cleavage or get plastic surgery?

Or was there even plastic surgery back then?

The only people who weightlifted back then were professional strongmen, boxers, and a few blue-collar workers who needed specific strength to carry especially heavy things or operate extremely difficult machines.
