HI there, so I am going to a highly rated nutrition center and they gave me a fexible but tight food menu and I have really realized a lot about foods you eat. Im going to try and break it down what you ate : >
Did you eat healthy?
the toast is your carb which should be about 75 calories if it is multigrain and 90 calories (serving size 2 pieces) if it high fiber bread. Try and eat a multigrain bread instead that has fiber
butter is bad, I would stay away from it, use jelly that is sugar free, it counts as a form of fruit
the eggs are great, use eggbeaters and maybe even eggwhites, u can also use mozzarela cheese as long as 1oz is 70 cal.
---you need a "milk" product such as yogurt, I eat a small amount of hot cereal w/ nonfat milk to cover carb and milk
--- you also need fruit in there, if u dont want to eat whole fruit have sugar free aplle sauce 100 cal.
the kellogs bar, prob a carb, not sure whats in that
the smoothie is great but it depends on what u put in it, bananas prob dont want to use high in calories, use berries which are good antioxidents
I use protein powder, frozen berries, diet v8 juice, yogurt, and believe it or not fresh spinach, you can use handfuls and not taste it!
That is all areas to balance that you need!
chicken great for protein depending how you cook it eat about 3 oz., carrots great, salas great as long as it is not iceburg which is basically water, fruit great- try to stay away from really sugary fruit, put a little bit of a carb in there like potatoes maybe
Did you eat enough? you def. ate enough I think depending on your portions, u really have to watch how much of each thing you are eating and balancing out, but its not bad
Calories? again depends on the type of things you ate and actual amounts but prob around 1000 calories , thats a bit low prob aim for more 1200 but realize calories really do add up quick, butter has 50 alone typically
Going to a dieticien could really help to understand what to eat and the right balance for you and your goal. Look at the link below, you can find a dieticien in your area from there.
Hope that helps!
