Breakfast: 1 Wheat Tortilla, 3 egg whites, 1 cup of water
Mid-Morning Snack: A serving of cherries, 1 cup of water
Lunch: 1/2 cup of vegetable soup, 2 cups of salad, with 2 tablespoons of crutons, 1 cup of water.
Dinner: A Lean Cuisine meal, 1 cup of water
Night Snack: 1 fat-free Yoplait yogurt, 1 cup of water
-Hiking up a big hill for an hour, and 1 hour of beginners pilates.
Oh, and I drink like 2 or 3 cups of water after I go hiking.
