Did i eat healthy today?
Breakfast- 3/4 cup oatmeal and non-fat yogurt, green tea
lunch- turkey sandwich on wheat bread with tomato, cheese and lettuce on top.. then i put mustard on... then a large apple and some cole slaw (dont know how many calories because of the mayo)
snack- a handful of grapes and green tea
dinner- chicken breast without skin (on package said only 100 cal) with a little barbecue sauce and then steamed brocilli
is this healthy
any tips?
how about cantaloupe in place of the grapes?
and the cole slaw, i only have 1/2 cup... and im going to ride my bike
