Cross Country Nutrition?

I have a Cross Country Race tommorow that will start at about 3:15 give or take. I already had a lot of spaghetti tonight to load up on carbs. What should I have tommorow in order to give myself plenty of energy without upsetting my stomach (which isn't hard to do; I have a pretty weak stomach)?

Well nothing just before the race because well...you might be seeing it again otherwise. Our team always has bananas on hand, and I eat them all the time before (well way before) and after the meet. I've heard almonds are good as well. Carbs of course the night before is good, pasta is perfect! You have hydrate alot as well of course. Take sips of water every ten minutes or so until the meet. Either that or you could be like me today and suck down an entire bottle pre race. haha

From my experience, i eat pasta the night before. Through the day i'll eat light food, like healthy snack bars, and drink plenty of water. Just be sure not to eat anything 2 hours before the race.
