So... Ive been thinking... if soy, a once "wonder" food is now know for all kinds of bad side effect primarily in developing males due to the xeno-estrogen hormone that mimics the female estrogen hormone and causing all kinds of havoc... how do I know what kinds of other beans/nuts/etc contain potentially harmful or hormone disturbing substances for me?

Why I ask... I want to make my own organic seed based bars for food on breaks at work, because of the limited time we have, I want something good fast and healthy. I dont believe in buying bars cause they are dead by the time I eat them. So anyway... is there a good source for this info? I know the LAST thing I would consume now would be soy beans cause im a male and I need more testosterone, not estrogen, so... I am cautious now to avoid something else!! Also.. perhaps a seed etc that mimics testosterone would be beneficial for me Please share. No retards.
