Can you criticize my workout routine?
Day 1: mostly Chest, some triceps
Day 2: mostly legs, some abs
Day 3: mostly Back, some biceps
Day 4: Shoulders, long cardio
Day 5: rest
I run 10 minutes cardio on days 1,2,3, and like 20 to 30 minute cardio on day 4.
Each workout takes 1 to 1:30 hours (what do you think about the length).
I don't do much biceps and tris since they are worked on almost every exercise, and not much abs, because I stress them in every exercise, and cardio helps tone my whole body.
What changes or improvements could I make to the routines, lengths, etc?
