Seriously, did you read your question first? It's an oxymoron... really. Why waste your money while giving yourself cancer and eventually cause yourself to gasp for air while taking your last breath after you have caused your lungs to turn black and harbor enourmous tumors in your airway??? Exercise, take the vitamins and save your money for a rainy day. At least you will live to tell about it.
