Calories (and eating healthy)?
It is really hard to know if you are eating healthy now because of all the chemicals used to produce the food faster. how do i know what is really good for me, and what is bad? a lot of foods too are fake looking and don't look natural. how do i stay away from these things, but still have enough food in a day to eat?
Also, how am i supposed to keep track of how many calories i eat in a day when i dont know how many calories the food in my kitchen have, because they dont say anywhere. (except the things in boxes and cans..)
