Bodybuilding diet tips for bulking up.?
Im 16, 5'9, 135lb skinny(hard gainer). Im a student and can only eat 3 meals(breakfast,lunch, dinner). Im planning to workout 3times a week(MWF) using my home gym comprising of bench press, dip machine and lot of weight plates. Im planning to work only my arms(triceps,biceps,shoulders), abs, and chest. Im using ON Gold standard whey and would be using it twice a day(working out or non-working out days). Would my diet plan work for bulking up.

Working out days
Breakfast
Cereal, milk, 1scoop whey(24g) = 50.8g
Lunch
Milk + any protein that have at least 15g protein= 23.8g protein
Workout
1scoop Whey protein= 24g protein
Dinner
Any 15g protein, cereal, milk= 41.8g protein

Total= 140.4g protein

Non-working out days
*same but i would be drinking whey during my dinner
Total=140.4g protein
