Body Building and nutrition questions?
My goal is to have a chiseled body with big well tones muscles. When you do bodybuilding whats the best way to get your muscles bulky big and toned is it through lifting heavy weights or doing many reps of light weights? Also what foods are essential to eat and not to eat?and how do you keep the fat off and still maintain big muscles without turning too skinny? how much sleep should you get? and how many calories should you intake everyday? also please talk about the importance of whey protein and other supplement consumption like creatine BA NO etc. please tell me what i must do to reach my goal. thank you
